Seneca Valley LAX
In addition to Hockey I also play Varsity Lacrosse. I am a 3 year letterman. I lettered as a Freshman and the last 2 seasons. I currently play LSM and Defense.
Why I Play Lacrosse
I enjoy the athleticism of the game. It gives me a short break from Hockey and yet does not interfere with my focus to play Hockey at the next level. It cross trains muscles that I don’t normally use as a goaltender and improves my overall conditioning.
Why I Play Lacrosse
As a Goalie I don’t see the physical side of Hockey that the skaters get to see. LAX gives me an opportunity to enjoy some aggressive physicality in a great crossover sport and also improves my hand eye coordination. I feel I am a better Goalie because I play Lacrosee.
